Our Story

Peggy’s Marinade & Dipping Sauce was founded by Peggy Cosgrove, a Family Consumer Science Teacher, in her hometown of Scranton, PA. After working in the restaurant industry for many years, Peggy realized that customers loved the taste of hot sauce on all kinds of foods, so she pursued her love of cooking and bottled her sauce for people to enjoy. Peggy’s sauce is an original interpretation of classic buffalo sauce representing a bold flavor that can be used for just about anything. If there is one thing we want you to know about our sauce, it’s not just for wings anymore!
